Editorial management of the site
This site is jointly managed by the Hauts-de-France Region, the Nord Department and the Lille European Metropolis.
Right of use
The content of the site is made available for private and non-exclusive use. This right of use includes the right of storage on a single-user screen and the right of reproduction under the conditions defined below. It prohibits the retrieval of databases.
Copies or reproductions
The Grand Départ website is a publication of the Conseil régional. Reproduction of published information is authorized, except for commercial purposes, and subject to the mention of "Hauts-de-France" as well as the url of the source.
However, prior authorization is required for texts marked "reserved use". Authorization must be requested from the Communications and Public Relations Department of the Hauts-de-France Regional Council, which will add a specific mention to its partial or full authorization, which must be indicated.
Photographs, still or animated images, may not be reproduced without prior authorization, and where the right to copy is granted, the copyright notice given to the applicant by the site administrator must appear on the medium used for this purpose.
Purpose of cookies
Cookie containing information about a visitor's browsing habits.
A cookie does not enable the Grand Départ website to identify you. However, it does record information relating to your computer's browsing of our site (the pages you have visited, the date and time of your visit, etc.), which it can read on your subsequent visits. The links present on the site may direct the reader to external sites, the content of which is not the responsibility of the site's editors.
The creation of links to the Grand Départ website is not subject to prior agreement. The only requirement is that you explicitly mention "Grand Départ" and the URL of the source.
