All you need to know about the stopover town of Valenciennes

Coming by car

On July 7, 2025, Valenciennes will host the start of the 3ᵉ stage of the Tour de France. This event will entail parking and traffic restrictions from June 30, particularly on rue de Jemmapes, used by team vehicles.

Bans will be in place until July 7 at 2pm, with access by car impossible from July 6 at 6pm.

Getting around by streetcar

As the Tour de France passes through Valenciennes on Sunday, July 7, we're celebrating mobility: the two tramway lines will be completely free all day, whether you're from Valenciennes or not!
